Well, since we're here: I always though Who's Who was better than the Official Handbook by Marvel due to (1) new art and mostly very good at that, and (2) being smart enough to leave power and strength levels vague so as not to box in writers. Marvel did better histories, though, by allowing more room for detail.
Too bad they didn't get Ditko to illustrate this. I know they tried to get the artist most associated with a character whenever it was possible.
