Who's Who '87 Madmen

We're coming to the end of the 1986 DC Blue Beetle series...and we're getting the return of the Madmen next issue! So I figured it was a perfect opportunity to post the Madmen's entry from Who's Who '87, by Al Milgrom and Carl Potts!
